When a" pedestrian was walking over Grafton bridge about 1.45 p.m. yesterday he saw a woman standing on the parapet of one of the bays in the centre of the bridge which have not yet been covered with wire mesh. Believing that the woman intended jumping into the valley below, the oasser-by pulled her on to the footway by swinging on her legs. She was later taken into custody.
