FIREMEN AND TRIMMERS IMPRISONED
DELAY OF VESSEL AT TIMARU
LONDON, July 1. Fifteen firemen and trimmers, who were accused of impeding the navigation of the steamer Port Caroline at Timaru on May 1, by delaying the ship because two men were not on board, were each sentenced in the East Ham Police Court to a month's impiisonment.
