PORT OF GREYMOUTH
(.THE PRESS Special Service.] GREYMOUTH, July 2. The Poolta was unable to complete loading in time to sail on the early morning tide, and sailed at 3 o'clock this afternoon. . . The Karu left Wellington at 8 o clock this morning for Greymouth, and is due at 8 a.m. to-morrow to load timber for Petone, Wellington, and Miramar. The Kaimiro has been delayed in discharging her cargo of coal at Portland, and is not expected to leave there before to-night for Greymouth, where she is due on Monday to load for Auckland and Portland.
Titoki has been delayed at Tarakohe by a south-east wind, and will now leave there to-morrow for Greymouth, and is due on Sunday. She will load on Monday for Nelson and Wanganui. She will return next Friday to load for Picton. The Waimea arrived at 3.30 a.m. to-day from Lyttelton. via Wellington and Westport, and is expected to sail to-morrow night with timber for Port Waikato. The Rata is expected to leave Wanganui to-morrow for Greymouth direct, and is due on Monday to load for Tarakohe and New Plymouth. The Inaha sailed last night with timber for Patea. The James Cook is loading timber for Sydney. Hokitika is expected to leave Wellington to-morrow night with cargo for Greymouth and Hokitika, and is due here on Monday.
