DESTROYER LAUNCHED AT COWES
(BRITISH OFFICIAL WIBELE33.) RUGBY, March 2. The new destroyer Impulsive, 'he first ship of the Royal Navy to bear that name, was launched at Cowes and named by Lady Jellicoe.
