LONDON, January 28
The Berlin correspondent of the "Morning Post" says that all Germany has been ordered to listen-in to Herr Hitler's speech on January 30, for which all activity must ceass from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. An exception is made only if urgent state reasons render the cessation of work impossible.
All Government and public buildings will be decorated with swastika flags which every German must also display prominently from the housetop or the front window. The speech is expected to be the longest Herr Hitler has ever delivered.
