SYDNEY, January 28
It is reported that Australia's right to withdraw, if she is dissatisfied, from the Empire flying-boat air mail service has been conceded by the British Government. Complete agreement is now assured and simultaneous announcements by all the Empire Governments concerned are likely to be made within a month.
It is understood that the British Government takes the view that as it had decided to establish the service between London and Auckland, whether or not Australia agreed to participate, it was not making any real sacrifice in giving the Commonwealth the right to leave the partnership at any time it desired,
