RUGBY, January 27,

Construction has begun of the new blue Army uniform, which will be worn for the .first time by troops taking part in the Coronation ceremonials. About 50,000 regulars and territorials will be supplied with the uniform, an exception being the Household Cavalry and Guards, who will retain their existing uniforms, and the rifle regiments, who will revert to their dark green.
