INCREASE IN RECRUITS (BKlTlßll OFFICIAL WIUELESS.) <) RUGBY, January 14. During December new recruits to the Territorial Army numbered 2846, an increase of 128 per cent, over December, 1935. Recruiting for the Territorial Army was heavier last year thari in any year since 1925.
