LEARNING- TO PLAY A PIANO-ACCORDEON (Received January 16, 1 a.m.) VIENNA, January The Duke of Windsor, who recently startled the people of Enzesfeld by playing the bagpipes, is now learning to- play a piano-accordeon which he received as a Christmas present. He is already able to give a fair rendering of the "Blue Danube" waltz.
