TROUBLE IN STOCKHOLM

Senor Alfonso - Fiscovish until recently Spanish Minister in Stockholm, has been dismissed by his Government and a woman, Senora Palencia, has been appointed to replace him. Senor Fiscovish declared himself in favour of General Franco; this' was the cause of his dismissal. When Senora Palencia arrived to take oyer the work from Senor Fiscovish ■he refused to leave. He ordered 10 van loads of food and is apparently preparing for a siege. In the meantime Senora Palencia, whose husband is Spanish Minister at Riga, is unable to enter the Spanish Legation at Stockholm.
