SOUTH ISLAND TITLES ENTRIES FROM ALL PARTS OF DOMINION I By "HOOP."] The South Island croquet championships Will be played at the United Club's lawns, beginning to-morrow at 9 a.m. Entries have been received from Auckland to Invercargill. Mr and Mrs R. McCreath (Gore), Mrs R. J. Hamilton, A. Finch, Mrs G Meikle (Auckland), H. Stratton, and Mrs Watkins (Hastings), Miss Morgan, Mrs McLennan, and G. Hart (Timaru), Mrs Lowery (Wellington). Mrs Corbet. Mrs Wilson, and Miss Perrin (Invercargill). and Mrs ttalliday (Dunedin) are wellknown cor.vpetitors. Messrs A. G. and E. J. Ross and R. McCreath have been appointed as referees, and Mesdames Corbet, E. A. Smith. Watkins, Palmer, and Maddren, and Messrs H. A. Penn and H. Stratton as umpires. Mrs J. P.
