BALLOT TAKEN AT WELLINGTON (PR*Sfl ASSOCIATION TKUSOBAM.) WELLINGTON, November 14. The final result of the ballot taken on th® waterfront yesterday to determine whether the terms of employment be altered from a 30-hour limitation to the bureau system is not available yet, but it is understood that the majority favour the 30-hour limitation.
