DOMINION STATUS TO BE RECOGNISED
NEW CORONATION PROCEDURE
(Received October 8, 5.5 p.m.)
LONDON, October 7
The gossip writer of the “Manchester Guardian” says that whereas at previous Coronations the Prime Minister of Britain paid homage to the monarch on behalf of himself and all the Empire representatives, it has been decided by virtue of the provisions for the equal status of the Dominions with Britain in the Statute of Westminster that each Dominion Prime Minister shall pay homage to King Edward separately.
