ARBITRATION COURT
SITTING HELD AT GBEYMOUTH
A complete agreement as to the amendment of the agreement of 1938 between the West Coast coal mining companies and the of the Grey Valley-Bullet Deputies and Underwriters’ Association was reached on Sunday, and a joint application was made to the Arbitration Court yesterday that the court should amend the agreement in accordance with the arrangement made. His Honour Mr Justice Page said that the Cburt would make the necessary order.
