Senior Grade Notes The closest match of the week was fired between Christchurch Working Men’s Club and Marist Bros., which, after a doubtful shot had been judged, resulted in a win for the club team by" one point. Although Marist Bros, put up a very creditable performance, their highest total for the season, the club team would have been unlucky not to win as it was called upon to cut out a score of 79. Christchurch, which looks like being the champion team for 1936, won comfortably from Sydenham by five points. United was beaten by Sumner by three points, in a match of low totals. Christchurch Gas Company secured a seven-point win over Returned Soldiers. In the B section, Hutchinson’s Motors secured a runaway victory over Christchurch B, winning by 33 points. F.
