TRANSFER OPPOSED
APPEAL OP RESIDENTS OP TANGANYIKA
NAIROBI, July 3.
All races in Tanganyika are signing an appeal to the British Government against any transfer of the mandate, which is regarded as a serious breach of repeated pledges. The appeal says that it is a fallacy to suppose that Tanganyika can support a large German population.
