DUKE OF KENT WELCOMED IN HOLLAND

RUGBY. July 3.
Representatives of the Netherlands Government and the British Minister at the Hague (Sir Hubert Montgomepr) welcomed the Duke of Kent on his arrival by air to-day. The Duke will open an exhibition of British art at Amsterdam to-morrow.
