INVITED
(Received July 5, 9.30 p.m.)
GENEVA, July 4
A communique says that after conversations between M. Leon Blum (Prime Minister of France), fir Yves Delbos (French Foreign Minister), Mr R. A. Eden (British Foreign Minister), and M. Paul van Zeeland (Prime Minister of Belgium) it was agreed that a further meeting of Locarno powers should be held before the end of the month. It is understood that the meeting will be held in Brussels, and that both Italy and Genany will be invited to attend.
The correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says Germany will be i uted to attend whether or not she has replied to the British questionnaire, though it was recognised that a constructive German reply would materially increase the chances of a suc''~r3ful conference.
