WELLINGTON, July 4.

Found by detectives to be carrying a plug of gelignite, six detonators, a torch, a pair of gloves and a ramming pin, James Robert Walsh, alias Dixon, aged 41 years, of Australia, who had many convictions, was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment with hard labour.
