PUMPS WORKING FROM THREE HOLDS (BRITISH OniCIU WIRELESS.) RUGBY, June 9. Pumping from the three flooded holds of the famous barque Herzogin Cecilie is proceeding in an effort to refloat the vessel, which grounded some weeks ago on the rocky coast of South Devon.
