(Received June 10, 11.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 10. A masked, armed man entered a pawnbroker’s shop in Oxford street, Darlinghurst to-day, and when interrogated by the shopkeeper, Charles Marks, aged 64, he attacked Marks on the head with the butt of his revolver. The man finally escaped, pursued by a neighbour’s dog. Marks was too ill to sav whether anything was stolen.' Apparently robbery was the motive.
