REPERTORY SOCIETY

NEXT PRODUCTION

“Love Passes By,” to be presented by the Canterbury Repertory Theatre Society at the Radiant Hall next Saturday, Monday and Tuesday nights is a charming two-act comedy by the Quintero Brothers, translated from the Spanish by Helen and Harley Gran-

ville Barker. The action of the play takes place in a small town in the South of Spain, about 30 years ago, but so natural are the situations, and so real the characters, that it might easily take place in any country and at any period. The play is sure to be popular with Christchurch audiences.
