WELLINGTON COLLEGE OLD BOYS
The last year was the most fui the Canterbury branch of the Wellington college o|d Soys' Association has yet hgd.. The teas held had been most successful, and the average attendance at them was 28, states the gpnual report of the branch which will be presented at the annual meeting at the V.M.C.A. pn Thursday p|ght. The report dealt w|th the addresses given at the various
teas, and manes special mention Id a luncheon held in September tp welcome to Christchurch Mr Justice Northcroft, Mr Justice Page, fhd Mr F. F. Ileid, S.M. At the last annual meeting, the report states, mem; pers had pledged themselves to raise a fund to erect one of the memorial lamps on the site of the old woodiin school. Although the original estimate of the cpst had been increased the hianch had honoured its obligations.
