SYDNEY, March 12. , Among -passengers on the liner Oronsay which arrived at Sydney from London to-day were Mr P. V. Miles, superintendent engineer, and Mr E. H. Green, radio engineer, of the New Zealand Post Office staff, who have spent five months in England, where they studied the latest developments in radio telephone * communications, paying particular attention to submarine cables, ultra short waves, and radio beacons. They will make a report to their ' department.
