ELECTION OF CANTERBURY DISTRICT OFFICERS

At the annual meeting of the Canterbury District Law Society, the president (Mr Ai F. Wright) presided and there was an attendance of about 70 members. The election of officers resulted as follows; President, Mr A. S. Taylor; vice-president, Mr K. M. Gresson; honorary treasurer, Mr Roy, Twyneham; council: Messrs A. F. Wright, C. S. Thomas, J. ,D. Hutchison. W. D, Campbell. J. D. Godfrey, A. R. Jacobson, E. S. Bowie, and C. G. Lockwood; delegates to New Zealand Law Society, Messrs A. F. Wright and A. S. Taylor; delegates to the Council of Law Reporting, Messrs A. T. Donnelly and K. M. Gresson.
