(Received February 14, 10.41 p.m r ) BERLIN, February 13. The most severe sentence yet mposed on a cleric was passed at Frankfurt on Father Albert Immel, a Catholic, who was charged with misusing his pulpit and ma.iciously attacking the Nazi party and State. He was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment.
