Meredith, manager of the All Blacks, said that, taken all round, the tout was most successful “Football in Great Britain is certainly much Improved,’' he said, “and they have some fine players. Everyone we met was most hospitable, and the All Blacks made many friends. The relations between the teams were most cordial throughout. “The most exciting match was the Welsh one, when the fortunes seesawed throughout. The matches in Canada Were most enjoyable."
