CONFERENCE WITH MINISTER
(PUBS &BSOCUTXOV TCIdOItAIIA WELLINGTON, February 14. At the request of the Minister for Labour (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong), a Joint committee consisting of members of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, the Shipowners’ Federation, and the Fruitgrowers’ Federation has been set up to confer with the Minister on the question of farm labour generally. It is anticipated that further steps will not be taken until a report has been'received from the, committee.
