—_ Soviet Aggression Feared REPORT OF AGREEMENT SIGNED AT TOKYO (UNITED l'Liess ASSOCIATION— cupybioht.) (Received January 20, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. The Berlin correspondent of the "Morning Post" says it is stated in well-informed political circles that a military agreement was signed between Germany and Japan at Tokyo on January 4, under which either country is pledged to assist the other if an attack should be made. It need hardly be said that Russia is the aggressor contemplated.
