* punishment for theft Two boys who appeared in the Children’s Court on Saturday on charges of theft will not be allowed to go to the Tepid Baths again for at least 12 months. Each of them, one aged 17 and the other 15, pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing money from - other people’s clothing at the baths. Dunlop explained that the money had been taken from some clothing while the owner was swimming. When the boy was accused of stealing the money he frankly admitted it, although he denied responsibility for any of the several other thefts which had lately occurred at the baths.
