NEW ZEALAND AERO CLUB

PRESIDENT’S RESIGNATION ACCEPTED (TBHS ASSOCIATION TELIOSAK.) BLENHEIM, December 13. The New Zealand Aero Club has accepted with regret the resignation of its president, Mr G. M. Spence, of Blenheim, which he tendered in October, one month after his re-election to the office. _ In a statement to-day Mr Spence said that immediately after his reelection the Auckland Aero Club resigned its membership of the New Zealand Club, and to pave the way for the Auckland Club to reconsider its action he resigned his office. He sincerely trusted that the result would be the withdrawal of the Auckland Club’s resignation, as it was important in the interests of aviation to retain the homogeneity of the New Zealand Club.
