Herring, the official Labour candidate for Mid-Canterbury, at Lyndhursl At the conclusion of his address Mr Herring answered several questions. A vote of confidence in the candidate and party was carried unanimously on the motion of Messrs A. G. Polkinghorne and V. Coliett. Mr Arthur Gadd was in the chair.
