CALF COMPETITION IN GERALDLNE

p Ten pupils of the Geraldine District High School have entered for the calfrearing competition arranged by the Canterbury Education Board. Through the kidness of farmers of the Orari, Milford. and Clandeboye districts it has been possible to supply each boy with a purebred pedigree heifer calf, nine being Holsteins and one a Jersey.
