EIGHTEEN NATIONS SUPPORT RESTRICTIONS LONDON, September 17. The Geneva correspondent of the Associated Press says that 18 nations, including Australia, argued that the time was not ripe to endorse the principles of the Montevideo Convention of 1933, removing the distinctions, based on sex, regarding the nationality of women, also the restrictions on women entering public offices and professions.
