+ SUCCESSFUL SPEED TRIALS (Received September 17, 12.4 a.m.) LONDON, September 16. After most satisfactory trials, reaching a speed of 22.27 knots, the Strathmore was formally handed over by Vickers Ltd., to the P. and O. Company.
