FUNERAL
MR C. J. LAWSON The funeral of Mr C. J. Lawson, which was held on Saturday morning, •was attended by many past and present members of the staff of "The Press," for which he worked for nearly 35 years. The- services at the house and at the graveside in Bromley Cemetery were conducted by .the Rev. • Canon Charles Perry, vicar of ithe parish of St. Michael's, of which Mr Lawson was a well-known member. Wreaths were sent by the family and friends. The pall-bearers were Messrs F. Ccwper, W.. B. Blackmore, R. C. Rollo, E. E. C. Hyde, R. E. Gillespie, and H. Morrow. The chief mourners were Mrs Laweon, Miss Enid Lawson Miss G. Cowpcr, Messrs R. T. Cowper, F. Cowper, and G. Cowper. * Among those present were Messrs A.
