MAN CHARGED WITH RECEIVING STOLEN JEWELLERY 'PlU'i.-iS ISSOCIATION TEtiEUIiAM.j WELLINGTON,' July 23. A charge of receiving jewellery valued at £3OO, arising out of a burglary at the 'premises of (he Anchor Loan and Exchange Company on May 22, was laid in the Magistrate's Court against Ng Kum Tong, alias Charlie Tony, alias Ngh Tong, aged 32 years, a fruiterer, of "Haining street. Jewellery valuea" at £BOO was stolen from (he shop. A remand was made unUl July 31, when Alfred Jefi'cry will appear charged with stealing the jewellery. Bail was refused.
