The Tokyo correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that 500 Chinese soldiers from Chahar are reported to have ci'ossed the Manchukuo border and attacked Manchukuo frontier guards, wounding several. Skirmishing continued all day. Tlie Japanese staif met and considered the incident, and counter measures are contemplated.
