. $ ™ ONE OF TWO YACHTSMEN DROWNED CALCUTTA, April 29. Tragedy ended the adventures of Ernest Gruerjfekl and >V. Temmel when the small boat in which thfcy were sailing round the world sank during a storm m the Bay of Bengal. Temmel was drowned, but Graenlela swam four miles to Sandwipi Island, where he was picked up by a passing steamer. Gruenfeld sailed from Vienna in 1931. He now possesses only a shirt and a borrowed pair of shorts.
