UNION OF BRITISH TERRITORIES RHODESIAN PREMIER'S PREDICTION (Received April 25, 8.5G p.m.) CAPE TOWN, April 24. The Prime Minister of Southern Rhodesia, before flying to England, foreshadowed the formation of a United States of Africa from all British territories in the south and east. He anticipated that at first Rhodesia and Nyasaland would be united, .and then the eastern territories. He hoped to discuss the possibilities in England.
