<S> APPOINTMENT OF JUDGE NOT YET MADE (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGEiM.) WELLINGTON, April 23. Although it is freely stated in Wellington and other centres that Mr Justice Johnston, of Christchurch, will be appointed president of the Court of Review to deal with mortgagors' liabilities under the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act, the Acting Prime Minisister (the Hon. E. A. Ransom) said to-day in reply to an enquiry that the question had not yet been decided, and that an announcement would not be made for some days.
