DEPARTURE FROM THE SAAR
+ UPROARIOUS SEND-OFF TO ESSEX REGIMENT (Received February 20, 7 p.m.) LONDON, -'ebruary 20. The "Daily Mail's" Saarbrucken correspondent says that in striking contrast to the silence with which the British battalions were received in the Saar. the Essex Regiment, on its departure for home, enjoyed an uproarious send-off, providing a glowing testimony to the tact and good nature of the "Tommies."
