4» FRENCH GRATITUDE (BRITISB OFFICIAL WIRELB99.) (Received February 14, 7.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 13. The French Government, wishing to do special honour to the British and Italian detachments of the Saar International Force on their return from the Saar, has invited the contingents to break their homeward journev through France for 24 hours, in order to visit Rheims and Paris This invitation has been gratefully accepted for the British detachment.
