♦ POSSIBLE CHANGE OF CONTROL REVERSION TO MINISTER (Received February 14, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON. February 14. The political correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" foreshadows thp reversal of the Government policy which placed unemployment relief under a board. He says new legis'lation will probably put the administration of State assistance back under the control of a Minister.
