OVERSEAS LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN
In accordance with the oy.nc w:--h of Colonel D. P. Driscoil. C.M-G-. D.5.0., the London headquarter:- of the Imperial Overseas Lesion of Frontiersmen and of the Legion of Frontiersmen have recent!v become affiliated under the supreme conv.r.a'.ri of Brigadier-General Morton. C.M.G. This information has been supplied by the organising officer of the Christchurch Squadron of the lniDerial Overseas Legion. Mr K. H. H. Radeon. who has stated that the local squadron is waiting for the acceptance of its affiliation, but has in the meantime been instructed to continue recruiting as a united body. At a meeting' of the squadron held on Tuesday in the Veterans' Hall. *-k* following officers were elected:—Officer commanding, Lieutenant-Colonel V. S. Smyth: medical officer, Lieuten-ant-Colonel R. W. Anderson; troop leader. K. H. H. Raddoit, orgar.ts; ing officer; second lieutenant. J- ■ Grimes: sergcant-maior. A. E. Masefield: sergeant. R. T. Caldwell. M.M.; | quartermaster-sergeant, A. J. Thomas.
