(frbss association tblkgsam.) GISBORNE, January 31. Holding that a lottery had been proved in the competition conducted by the Gisborne Military Band, but that the offences disclosed were trivial, Mr E. Walton, S.M., this morning dismissed under Section 92 of the Justices of the Peace Act informations charging the officers of the band with offences under the Gaming Act.
