Having watched a man loitering about the Te Aro baths and having satisfied himself that the man was intent upon thieving from the dressing bv:es, Constable Webby arres I William George Hart on the unusual charge of being a rogue and a vagabond in that, being a suspected person, he frequented the Te Aro baths with felonious intent. The magistrate (Mr W. F. Stillwell) considered the case clearly proved and imposed a sentence of a month's imprisonment.
