DANCE RECITALS
♦ Miss Bessie Macdonald's annual dance recitals, which will be held in i the Radiant Hall to-night and Monday I night, promises to surpass all previous efforts, and should prove a pleasing departure from anything of this description witnessed in Christchurch. A delightful musical number, "Little Dutch Mill," sung by Alice Chapman and Dave McGill, with the full ballet of senior and junior pupils, should appeal greatly to the audience, i Agatha Sutton will he heard in t several popular musical numbers, including "Build a Little Home," where : the baby students will also be fea- i tured. The dressing, lighting, and ; scenery will be presented in brilliant < fashion. An orchestra, selected from the lead- ; ing musicians of Christchurch, should provide an outstanding item in itself. It is anticipated that the St. Saviour's 5 orphanages fund, to which the proceeds 1 are being given, will be considerably ' augmented. \ Plans are now open at the D.I.C. i
