AN INFORMATIVE BROADCAST
TO THI BDITOB OT THE PKI33. Sir,—Having just listened to the inI tensely interesting and eloquent adi dress given at Station 3YA by Sir lan | Fraser, M.P., the head of St. Dunstan's Institution for Blind Soldiers in I London, I desire to express my sincere | appreciation of it. The speaker's bright manner and tactful remarks ; should be a source of great satisfaction to those listeners similarly afflicted to Sir lan himself. It is a splendid tribute to a man's courage and will power that he should be able cheerfully to conquer such a disability. I do hope, also, that our friend "Ariel," the Great High Priest of radio broadcasting, was listening in and picking up some of the wise advice so admirably expressed by our visitor. Even "Ariel," omniscient though he be, or would have us think so, must surely have added to his ideas of how broadcasting should be arranged in our own little islands of the southern seas.—Yours, etc., ANGLO-COLONIAL. October 8, 1934.
