REFRESHER COURSE
SECOND SQUADRON IN TRAINING The second of the New Zealand Air Force refresher courses began yesterday, when officers of No. 2 (bomber) squadron assembled at Wigram. The course, which will end on Friday, will include instruction in formation flying and bombing, besides the many other technical subjects usually covered by these courses. Flight Lieutenant M. W. Buckley, R.N.Z.A.F., is adjutant, and SquadronLeader G. L. Steadman is officer in command. Officers attending the course are Flight Lieutenants S. A. Gibbons, H. C. Lloyd, A. C. Gerrand, I. E. Rawnsley, and K. W. J. Hall: Flying Officers J. W. Craig, H. T. S. Weston, J. N. Buckeridge, C. C. Waite, and W. G. Linklater, Pilot Officer A. E. Unchurch, Captain J. F. ' Twhigg (medical officer), and Flying Officer A. McKenzie.
